Terms and Conditions
All prices are correct at time of publishing but may be changed by operators/accommodation establishments with no notice. We will endeavour to get the published rate for you but cannot be held liable if any of these prices do change.

Rates are for EFT payments. Should you wish to pay by credit card, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card charges. Please note that Special Offer rates are liable to credit card charges.

Special Offers are subject to availability and for specified time periods only. These Special Offers may change without our knowledge.

Air Fares: Airport Taxes fluctuate on a daily basis (virtually) and therefore we cannot guarantee a fare until full payment is made by you and received by us for all air tickets.

When making a booking, Africa A-Z will advise you on what deposit is required to confirm a reservation and when you will be expected to make further payments.

Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that you take out insurance which will cover you for personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses plus cover for your personal effects.

Medical: You may need to take precautions for malaria, yellow fever etc.

Visas: Please enquire about visa requirements - we will assist as much as possible but it is always advisable to contact your nearest Consulate of the country you wish to visit to confirm up to date information as this can change with no notice. We will always try to provide up-to-date information.

Dietary requirements: Please advise at time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
